POINTS PROGRAM
HOW IT WORKS
- Create an account. Your loyalty points are linked to your account. If for any reason you decide to open multiple accounts, please note that we cannot combine them.
- You can accumulate points by purchasing any of our products, whether it be card envelopes, boxes, sleeves, albums, merchandising or figures.
- Our system will review and add the points automatically.
- In addition, in the future we want to add levels with multipliers for obtaining points.
LOYALTY POINTS
Points will expire after 90 days of inactivity. For each new purchase or completion of an activity, the 90-day period will automatically reset.
We will remind you with an email that your points are one month away from expiring 30 days before they expire. Please make sure your email address is up to date.
FREE POINTS
There are certain tasks that give you free points and also serve to reset the inactivity countdown, so after a task the countdown will return to 90 days, the tasks are the following:
- Register 40 points.
- Follow on Twitter. 25 points.
- Follow on Instagram. 25 points.
- Like on Facebook. 25 points
- Add your birthday. 15 points.
In addition, for each purchase you will receive points in value; 1 euro = 1 point.
SPEND POINTS
Now that you've accumulated some points, where can you spend them?
In the "Earn Rewards" tab accessible from the floating panel at the bottom right of your browser, you will see a list of redeemable discounts and products and the points required for them.
