What payment methods do you accept?

  • At this time, we accept debit or credit card payments, PayPal and cryptocurrency payments through the CoinPayments.net payment gateway.

Do you ship internationally?

  • Yeah.

What shipping options are available?

  • Certified and Express shipping is available through Correos for the entire Spanish territory, including the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
  • Certified Mail shipping is also available for some European countries such as Portugal, France, Germany, Italy or Andorra.
  • DHL Worldwide Express is an ideal alternative for countries not covered by postal services.

    Will I be able to track my package?

    • Yes. All our packages have a tracking number by default.

    Can I change my shipping address once my package is shipped?

    • No. Shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order is processed or shipped. Please ensure that your shipping details are correct before completing your purchase.

    Is there free shipping?

    If I order for the Live Opening, can you store my cards in case I want to purchase more?

    • Yeah!
    • We recommend that you do so, as we have free shipping available upon reaching a minimum cumulative spend.

    How long can you store my orders?

    • We may store your interruption orders for up to 12 months from the date the first order was stored . Stored orders will then be deleted.

    What do you do with the letters I decide not to send?

    • Good question! We store the cards that our customers choose not to receive in boxes. And once we have a considerable amount, we donate them to charity.

    If I want to qualify for free shipping, do I have to purchase everything at once?

    • No!
    • The advantage of cumulative spending is that you don't have to make one big purchase. You can accumulate the value in several orders to meet the goal!

      How long does shipping take?

      • Certified shipping takes between 3 and 5 days from the date of purchase.
      • Express shipping takes 24/48 hours from the date of purchase.

          What about returns and refunds?

          • Products purchased for live opening are non-refundable once opened. For other products, please see our Refund Policy.
